Is it a good time to buy in SoCal?

Hello,

I am thinking of buying here in Santa Clarita, Ca.Is it a good time to buy now? I see lot of houses are on sell right now. Should I look for new homes or old homes (couple of years old)?Should I wait till next year ?

the fact that your asking tells me you need a how lot of education and knowledge about RE investor prior to “diving-in” as many folks say.

I’ve been in the SoCal market for 6 yrs and never seen a worst time. I’ve sold several properties this year and moving my money into other areas of ther country.

Do the math and do deal that make sense. With that said, you will find that practically no deals “pencil out” these days in SoCal.
