I live in a very small town in Montana (4K) but there are 4 cities each within 2 hours drive. Am I being over ambitious to drive so far? Keep in mind, my alternatives are internet and my town which I have cased and it has no rehab deals to offer at this time.
Also, 1 of the cities is in Idaho.
If the 4 cities are near each other than that would work. Otherwise it may not be a good idea to farm 4 different cities if they are all 2 hours apart from each other. Pick the areas where there are other investors. It would also probably be a good idea to network with those other investors in the areas where you are considering working.
If you manage your time wisely, it can certainly be done.
