With the tough lending practices out there and the potential buyer’s pool smaller because of it is everyone still having success “flipping” properties?
Yes we are still flippin properties,however it has slowed down and with no interest in building up inventory we usually have a buyer or tenant/buyer under contract when we start. Finding good deals is easy but the exit strategy must be rock solid now.
