I’m new, and trying not to break the rules about new threads. I’m not well versed at forum posting. Anyway, I’m just trying to ask a few specific questions about 4 deals that I have under contract but can’t find buyers for, and, what type of agreements (contracts) that I should be using so that I don’t look like an unprofessional newbie when presenting to my buyers.
