Is a 1972 MH Financable?

Im looking for lenders for a pre 1972 Mobile home on its own land and a concrete foundation.
The property is in Oregon. Any thought’s are welcomed.

mobile homes are difficult to finance!!

Contract for Deed - Land Contract.

Only real option is private money - such as Owner Carry, or a 3rd Party Private Finance

Im looking to sell this property and know that financing is going to be the hard part. I have a potential buyer and so im looking to help find financing for the buyer. Other then Hard $ is there anyone i could call ?

Thanks Again

That’s going to be pretty hard to get financing - especially in today’s lending environment. You might want to bring in a private lender. Good luck!

Is it a singlewide or doublewide?

Read Lonnie Scruggs’ books - and owner finance the home

We are looking at a really small amount of money (it better be anyways). Can you get money from your IRA? Mom? Dad? Credit card advance? Have you networked at your REIA meetings? Get the money from other investors looking for a better return? What about the dentist that fixes your teeth. Would he like a better return on his money then with his crappy stocks?

Think outside the box a bit,

If it’s inexpensive, say $2K to $3K, and you are looking at quickly selling it for a small down payment and carrying paper, you might want to think about using a credit card as a source for the financing. They are easy to get cash out of, as long as you can pay it off with the cashflow in short time.
