investors looking to flip properties

My name is Ric, I buy and flip properties to my end buyers in florida. I only purchase the properties that my buyers tell me they want. I purchase at a discount and then sell it to them at a markup. I purchase property between 40- 60k. I would like to do more deals.

Wanting more deals is fine, but what type of marketing are you doing to get the deals? How are you getting sellers to call you with homes for sale?

I see that you have a buyers list already built and that is amazing. Get your marketing out there. It is pretty cheap to do so. :cool
