I want to do wholesaling. I need to know where to find investors. I want to create a list of investor so when I have a property, I can forward to them. Please help.

1.Check craigslist or the newspaper for We Buy Houses,etc
2.Your local REI club
3.Become a bird dog and build your buyers list(that’s what I’m doing)
4.Start your own We Buy And Sell Houses ad yourself
