Investor new to town-San Diego

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself before I ask my first question.

How do I find/contact a local real estate investors club meeting for networking purposes here in San Diego County? I’m cold calling a lot of RE agents who don’t deal in this specialty and/or geographical territory; they don’t have any referrals either.

You will find an REIA Club in San Diego by looking under “Investor Resources” in the left column and choosing “Real Estate Clubs”!

Most real estate agents don’t work with creative real estate investors! And most investors don’t use realtors for most of what we do!
