I’m in the west central area of Florida above Tampa where I have calls all day long from my advertising. I need a mentor that will guide my efforts in the best direction. I will split deals 50/50 the knowledge is much more important to me then the money. I have options now in need of funds with LTVs below 60%. REI is full time for me and thats about 60 hrs per week so I would be dedicated to learning and accomplishing my goals.
