investor letters

I’m going to be purchasing a list real soon of 60 to 90 day lates and I am looking to find a good letter to use to send to them. I could make my own but would rather not as i have very little experience in this area. I’m willing to pay for them but I want to make sure they are effective. Where can I go to get some good letters? I’m focusing on just helping these homeowners who are in default by doing a short sale, or just helping them to refinance or get some kind of a loan modification if thats the better option for them. Any input would be appreciated!!

yellow letters work great however not as great as a voucher letter for this prospect group…

good luck

Michael

btw I also have a site www.Yellow-letters.com but dont use it for 60 -90 day lates

60 to 90 day lates…

You need to get noticed.

Appeal to people’s softer side or go completely business.
Either way will move them toward the phone.

Handwritten letters are personal but they take a while to produce and can be cost prohibitive.

Postcards are good. Michael Kimble is boasting 6% response right now. I think he gleaned his card from Cris Chico but that’s the chicken / egg situation.

Double windowed envelopes look serious and get opened but they are not as personal as handwritten.

Test all of them in your area. Separate websites and phone numbers for each type, this will get you measurable results.

Personally I have found websites and email autoresponders to be successful without high monthly costs…but I used to do all of the above.

Also make sure to send to your list three times. That is key.
