How do I find investor friendly Title Co’s?

I’ve done business with the big title companies as a real estate agent like Fidelity and LandAmerica.

Now I’m venturing off into wholesaling for myself, but I’m not sure if they’re investor friendly and willing to do “double closings” when wholesaling (assigning) is involved.

Just looking for a big or small investor friendly title company in So. California. Thanks.

First American does double closings. They are pretty much everywhere…
