Investor friendly from a credit, down payment or rate/income perspective?
There are numerous lenders that have stated income programs that work well for individuals whose tax adjusted income is set up so that don’t get murdered by uncle sam.
Greenpoint is a good choice for individuals with good credit for their income flexibilty, rates and willingness to allow multiple financed properties - although a few others come to mind as well
There are also programs for credit or down payment challenged - check out New Century, IndyMac or Option One
