I’m a new investor in Sacramento, CA. I’m specializing in short sales, and i’m looking to build my “Power Team”

I’m looking for an investor friendly title company in Sacramento that is comfortable doing simultaneous closings.

Also, I need access to the MLS. Know of any agents who may let me use their username and password? Or just investor friendly agents?

I also need to meet the following INVESTOR FRIENDLY People & Companies:

  1. Mortgage Broker and company
  2. Accountant
  3. Attorney
  4. Inspector
