I am looking at investing in Texas. Where are the preferred places to invest? Where do most people want to live? What are the places to avoid floods and tornados?

Hey Dee, I’m with Keller as well. Great company. I’ve been reading those forum posts but still not getting what I’m looking for. Which areas are growing in Texas? Where are the companies moving to? Are there any flood prone places to stay away from? I heard you guys get hail storms like nobodies business. Which areas are diverse and which areas are they still living like before the civil war?
Dallas, Austin, San Antonio. Houston some, if you can stand the smell.
where is the smell coming from?
Hey…hey…what smell??? :bash
The main thing we all try to do on this forum is give general advice, but “best” places to invest depends on your risk, strategy, etc. Best bet is to contact a market expert or research via Texas A&M Research Center. Texas is a huge state, so it’s tough to generalize with general information provided.
