Investing in Kansas City

Hi -

I was just wondering if anyone had any general thoughts/insights about getting started in Kansas City. Does anyone currently invest there? What kind of luck are you having? What’s the best type of investing to do there? For example: lease options, flipping, rehab, etc.

The prices are so much cheaper than so many other places, but then again, I’m not sure if there’s much of a demand there in terms of buyers/tenants. Any thoughts??
