I’m new to investing. I’ve recently started looking in the Baltimore Area. Was wondering what the FMV of houses are in NE Baltimore? I looked at some homes in the Belaire-Edison area. They were ranging from $80K to $95K. Most needed some work. Only one was in EXCEPTIONAL move-in condition (meaning, even I, would live there). These FMVs seem expensive, though. :-\ Has anyone had experience investing in this area? Thanks.
