I would like to hear comments and opinions about making capital investments in Mexic City in real estate residential proyects, this City has great opportunities since is a market just in its early stages of developments thanks to low mortgage rates and new rezoning city programs. Please posts comments in regards to this and other issues related to investing abroad.

Can the govt there seize control of the business or property once you make it successful. Also govt stability would be a concern. These are just two concerns maybe not about Mexico but just abroad in general.
