Just thought I’d introduce myself. I’m a newb investor, originally from London UK but now living in Raleigh, NC.
I’ve been educating myself about 4 months now and am pretty close to closing my first deal.
I am so happy I came across this website and forum; there is a ton of great information! I’m at that stage where I am full of enthusiasm but seriously lacking in knowledge lol
I’m sure I’ll be asking lots of newb questions but bear with me :biggrin

You’re on the right path by educating yourself and then getting some help from those in the ‘know’.
I always recommend- small, low risk high profit type deals like wholesaling to get you started.
Do it right the first time and you wont’ regret it!
