Hi my name is Michael my wife and I have been through thick and THIN. More thin than thick in our 10 year marriage. WE bougth a program for real estate investing about 3 years ago from someone I would not say who “don’t like to start negativitly” didn’t work at all. Our work is very demanding “we work 24/7” and have no time to invest unless we take the leap of faith and quit. Well I decided this was not the life we wanted to live. Was then when we decided to call Carlton Sheets. We got the program on July 05. I am 36 yo and my wife is 31, and we are fanally aprove for our first HOME PROPERTY ever ;D since our credit was very bad do to some life situations away from our control. Well my3kids send me a IM you anwser is simple talk to your mortage broker for the info on how much money back at closing you can get and how much money is allowed to repair in the mortage. You get the money at closing fix the property the rest is yours.

Yes re-sale the property with the $15,000 equity and you gain more money no need to pay it back.
