I am currently taking a Real Estate class right now in North Carolina. I discovered this site this week and is very interesting. I like the idea of wholesaling. I would like to chat or speak with some of the people who have done some deals so I can get more knowledge and so on. I am a college student wanting to start in real estate early. Have a great day.

What is the average deal? Is it easy to get started?
Average deal as in what? Average as in profitability, days on the market, the process, etc?
Profitability
I wouldn’t venture to put an average on the profit one could make from a wholesale. I’ve read as much as hundreds of thousands of dollars right down to a couple grand, and this is just from what I’ve read. I’m sure there are some people who have made much more and certainly know there are people who made much less. It depends on your numbers and your end buyers.
