I’m having a hard time getting insurance on properties that i buy that are vacant, or in the middle of lease optioning (liability) and even sub to’s (liability). Does anyone have an insurance guy that works for investors that my insurance guy can talk to. Any help would be appreciated. Or can someone explain how they go about getting coverage for their purchases
