What are most Hard Money Lender’s hazard insurance requirements on a rehab property that you will flip within 3-6 months?
Paying a full year of Hazard insurance upfront seems like a terrible waste of money if you don’t have to (I do realize that for traditional financing or a buy and hold strategy this is required).
Are there 6 month Insurance policies available? If so, anyone know of an insurance broker in the Dallas Texas area that can provide such a policy?
