Hi everyone kind of new to rehabbing just wanted to know from an experienced rehaber what are all the cost I have to to consider on a rehab such as insurance, mortgage, utilities, realtor fees, closing cost, contractor cost,taxes. Is there anything else Im missing just looking for a clear answer does could anyone be helpful and tell me exactly what utilities I have to pay and what are the average insurance rates $300 to $400 a month builders risk. Any info would be helpful.
