What company do you have your rentals insured through and are you happy with them? Do you have a separate company through which you insure while you are rehabbing (assuming the rehab is going to take more than one month)?
I use USAA but they have a military tie-in requirement. Theynhave also reduced the number of NOO that they will insure. They used to insure my private residence plus 5 rentals and now they will only do a private residence plus 2 rentals.
