What is a good company to use for a 6 unit none owner occ investment property for someone with great credit? thanks.
Not sure what State you are in but I just picked up insurance for a 4 plex in Texas at a great rate from Farm Bureu Insurance. Also, they will insure as many properties as I can buy.
