Hello fellas,

This is my first post as I am new to this site. I recently became introduced to the world of wholesaling and have been doing my research and now I think I’m ready to make my first deal.

Now heres my question…

I currently am down to my last $200; what is the best way to invest this money to help make my first deal a success? I was thinking about spending the money on bandit signs but am open to any suggestions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! My parents keep telling me wholesaling won’t work, and usually they’re right but this time I want to prove them wrong, plus it’s time for me to be wealthy!

The reality is if you are down to your last $200 then any real estate investing is going to be very difficult, regardless of what the infomercials scream at us.
In addition to wholesaling I suggest you take a look at Cooperative Assignments as a better way to get started. Good luck!

Well I’m not down to my last $200, but that’s how much cash I have at the moment.
