This is my situation Indy has a 15 day deadline to turn in a Short Sale Package! I Turned my package in on Day 14 so they wont touch it. I am having the client file a BK to delay the Foreclosure and give us time to re submit the package has any one done this b4? need advice. Thanks Offer is in Just need the bank to look at it.
