Just got a file where Indymac is the first and second. I’ve not yet done a short sale from Indymac but heard that they charge the homeowner a 300.00 fee for the BPO. Anyone recently work with then - are they still pulling this?
With the FDIC now controlling IndyMac it is hard to say what the charges will be. I would suggest that you contact them as I am sure all of their processes and fees may have changed.

I’m in the middle of a SS with them now, and neither the homeowner nor I have been asked for any $. And if your spread is big enough, it’s only $300.
