Howdy In Training:
Principals of Real Estate 1. The basic course offered at colleges and real estate schools. You will learn the terms and some contract law etc as well as network with other students.
There are several free books and especially articles on this wen site that are great as well.
Learning you area and what would be a deal is more important than all the above. You can always hire a Realtor or mentor to help you with the basic contracts. Knowing construction costs is great too. I think I know costs until I start a job I bid and always find out that I am too low with my estimates.
Thanx Ted, good point. I never thought about an RE course in the local college. It would also probably inexpensive than buying all thos books and vidoes…
thanx
