In need of Some Motivation!!!!!!!!

Hello All,

I’m brand spanking new to wholesaling. We’ll at least actively. I have been looking into it for years now. I finally decided to really push it. I recently bought Eric Medemars course and its FANTASTIC. I honestly do feel comfortable with the material to actually take action. I would recommend for any newbie to buy it.

I live in the Northshore area in Massachusetts. I see signs around. I found an REI Club that meets locally. But for some reason I feel like I’m not ready. Nobody I know even has any idea about wholesaling. So when I try to motivate myself and talk about it with the people I know I get nowhere. Therefore, I thought maybe If I came here I could get a few motivational comments…

P.S. If anyone here does business in my area, let me know. It’ll remind me that I’m not the only one around here trying to make things happen.

It’s probably good that all your friends aren’t interested. If everyone on the block were doing it, there wouldn’t be any deals left for you.

Good deals can be difficult to dig out. Be glad you aren’t competing with thousands of other buyers.

I suggest that you talk about the old stuff with your old friends. If they aren’t interested in real estate, they will end up trying to discourage you. So save them for football and beer.

If you’ve found a RE Club, talk real estate there. Come on line and talk real estate here.

Hey, thanks for the kind words about the course. I do my best.

Here is an audio that I put together that’s in a new course I just finished.

Enjoy and have a merry X-Mas

Hay bro., I feel the same, I have been trying to go go but theres a little voice saying “your not ready” “you cant do this” “this is all BS know one makes money like this” , I guess when your “programed” a certain way its hard to break that, I fight my self at every turn, I would suggest you do the same, convince your self that this works and that you can make it work, I found my self a mentor after months of looking, and even know I still have fear, but I will work through my fears and just throw my self in to it 100% and see what happens, you need to do the same, forget about getting morel support form your imitate circle they will not believe you can make a living this way until they see it !!! just push through brother!

Good Luck TO YOU and Merry X-MAS

Tony

These are my words of wisdom that you should commit to memory and repeat everyday until it becomes apart of you.

“Those who do OBTAIN”.
“Those who don’t COMPLAIN”.

If your REIA doesn’t have the foggiest idea what wholesaling is, you should be jumping for joy. You can put everyone on your buyer’s list. Every investors wants a great deal.

Thank You all who replied…I guess I have found a good online spot…I’m really pumped up and I’m ready to take 2010 by a storm…

Today, I’m actually on the road hunting buyers down (even with all the snow we’re getting)…

Happy New Year!!

You are not alone strngled by the fear factor indeed. I am exactly in your shoes and am still trying hard to defeat the trembling fear factor in me. Am gradually overcoming it and I have decided i must do it cuz there is money in this, easy money if we put the right mind set in this. I am working hard to get things going. Once the first deal is struck the fear factor will melt like butter. By motivating you am motivating myself s well. Lets make 2010 a year to move forward. LET’S DO IT MEN.

Hey it’s awesome to see you guys getting fired up…

Truly there’s nothing to fear…

I’ll be putting together a new post in the next couple of days that deals with the subject pretty well…

The only thing that deserves our fear is God and how pitiful our lives will end up if we go on believing our own “Fearytales”

Yeah, I made that one up myself…But, unfortunately it’s exactly what happens, we tell ourselves “tales” of how bad it will be, revving up our own fear levels as if that is somehow going to protect us from anything…

Truly we need more protection from our own minds than we do from simple things like wholesaling…

Good luck guys

Wasn’t it Anthony Robbins who said “until the pain of change is outweighed by the pain of not changing we wont change?” I think most dont do two things…

  1. They dont want success bad enough they just want to talk about it.

  2. They dont burn their boat. If you still have something to fall back on it make having to accomplish change harder.

Good luck
