in need of hard money lender

I have made a offer and the bank accepted. 7 houses apprised value 394k in 07. 4 of the houses are currently rented at $550.00 each. 2 houses are in excelent shape to be rented and one house has all of the windows broke out. I bought all 7 houses for $125k I have 45k of my own money to pay down. I need to borrow 80k for 90 days.

Any suggestions on finding funds?
