What does an investor do with a old vacant run down condemned house when they buy it for say 4ooo.oo ? Who in another state would want and why? Please someone explain because I don’t get it. :help
Fix it up and sell for a profit? Rental property income? Quick wholesale? I’m not sure if you’re not mentioning something else in your question.
A lot will depend on the area. If it’s in an area where homes are selling for 40-50K fixed up and your $4000 home will cost $30K to fix, you’re right, most investors probably won’t be interested unless the rents are good.
