The mortgage company has ordered an inside inspection on my SS. Is there anything that I can say or do to increase my chances of getting the property? Not sure if there is but I thought I would ask you all,

Everyone has their price. Ask him if he wants cash, booze, or women. The inspection will go without a hitch. ;)

Do not try to bribe the inpector – no good can come from that.

Do you want to do business with a company the would resort to underhandedness as a business practice? Personally, I would rather do without.

Yes…go with him. Point out to him what you want him to see – the highlights or the low points depending on if you want a higher price or trying to get them to lowere it.

Be honest…sleep comes better that way (at least it does for me).
