I’m just thinking out loud. I know that this is no special breakthrough in investing, but it just seems like a better way to invest rather than all these little homes and hassles…

Sure, that’s called a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and some people use them. They tend to bring in between 8-15 percent anually because of overhead and things.

Or you can do the “little homes hassle” and have the potential to pull down 300% or 400%.

Of course, it IS a lot more work.

yeah that was just a thought. maybe later in life when it’s time to slow down, REIT (learned a new term) will be the way to go.
