I own a SFH in Arizona currently being used as a rental. The property is free and clear and was deeded into my AZ LLC. I’d now like to put a HELOC or loan on the property to pull some money out. Does anyone have a lead on a bank that does this in AZ? I’m currently in IL and I have local banks that do that here but I don’t know who in AZ to use. The LLC is a sole-Proprietor, owned by a husband and wife only.
No one? Is this not done in Arizona?
