I am a realtor from Jamaica, queens New York.
I have properties that’s selling for 40 cent on the dollar, I need a proof of fund letter to submit my offer ASAP before I loose the deals. Can anyone give an advice as how to go forward. I know the market but I was never involve in purchasing an investment properties.

Go to the financial institution in which you have the funds and ask them for a proof of funds letter.
Pull up Google search engine type in—free proof funds and take it from there. See if this gets you the results you are looking for. If that doesn’t work you probably will have to provide legitimate bank statements giving proof you have the ability to purchase these properties at their intended prices. :smile
