i need help

I submitted an offer to an REO ,and i’m hoping to wholesale. The realtor has been very helpful,but the bank is hard on the days i need for inspection,i wanted 20 in order to have a chance to flip it to an end buyer by sending an addendum with their name added to my LLC. She said the bank will accept my offer for 125k,which ARV is 270k on a 3 unit. But the bank will only allow 7 days for inspection,but won’t mind closing in 45 days or less.What do i do, i feel it’s a great deal,it will be my first,and how much would you guys wholesale this for to move it quickly. Thank you

P.S i am an agent, so the bank won’t pay me commission unless i have someone else on that LLC,by putting my end buyer on it will help me get commission and be able to close on the deal,i’m just asking for the right way please…
