A woman I have been dealing with for a while signed a contract before I clud get her a written offer. She now wants out of the contract she is under to sign my contract. I don’t know how to help her. She has no clue what she is doing and Im trying to help. When I get the property I will be flipping it. This situation benefits me also.

Depending upon how her other contract is structured, she may or may not be able to get out of it easily…does it have any “weasel clauses”?

What are “weasel clauses”?
“Weasel clauses” allow you to “weasel out” of the contract…for instance:
– the deal is subject to approval by a partner
– the deal is subject to a clear inspection by a qualified inspector
– the deal is subject to selling a current residence
These are also called “contingencies”…a contract can be made conditional on almost anything!
