i need capital.....where do i start?

What are leveraging methods in building capital…flipping properties? referrals of properties to investors? fixer uppers?

I am in NYC and i have been looking at properties: hud, foreclosures, etc.

As beat up as these properties are, the competition is fierce.

i would consider investing outside my home area but the concerns of traveling come to mind.

i’ll have to do some creative real estate investing.

… need more red bull.

Do some research to figure out what YOU want to do. Just don’t do something because someone else is doing it.
