I have a new 2005 vehicle. paid for, and a 2006 vehicle paid for. Have a LLC with an 80 paydex on dun and bradstreet, with sales around $350k per year. Several credit lines …all paid as agreed.
I have a sweet deal on the table and need $30k for my share of the LTV. 10% , credit score mid 5s, there for the 10% down.
I have titles in hand and could use help ASAP, for a secured /collateral loan to secure that amount. HArd money lender would be great that could be a lein hold on the vehicles or someone to finance the $30k and secure it with my assets.
