I NEED AN ATTORNEY TO DO DOUBLE CLOSING IN MA, DO YOU KNOW ONE?

Hi, everyone:

I know we have talked about not doing double closing anymore, buy I know they are still going… I got two deals with short sales approval and I need to do a simultenous closing using the end buyers funds in one of them. The other one, the end buyer is paying cash… Where can I find an Attorney that could help me out? I must close by November 15 2008.

I Want to be very clear,— No BS… I must find the right help.

Now, do they lend 100% of the deal ?, I need 128 K and 135 K… The second one my end buyer is paying cash…I don’t think I will have problem doble closing this one, what do you think, I so desperate, Please help me.
