hey guys and girls here’s the deal i took out a loan and purchased a property for 85k. this whole ordeal was through a program that would help me produce cashflow by renting out the home, they said they would provide the tenants, okay feb 1st rolled around, no tenants, so i paid the mortgage for that month. i also tried putting someone in there,and still no luck. now the home is going into foreclosure. WHAT TO DO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
