I live in Atlanta, GA and I currently involed in residential real estate as an investor and consultant.
I want to get into commercial real estate “starting out” as a birdog "finding the deals for investors ready to buy or consultant commercial investors buy assisting them selling thier deals.
I need a program that has a proven SYSTEM that I can follow. I heard about a guy named Scott Scheel but I’m looking into that as you read.
Any suggestions??
