I have been working on a new Development for almost 2 years now and we are finally ready to break ground. The community will have 50 townhouses and is very unique to the area. We have lots of interest already and 5 reservations and we have not even began advertising yet. Where would I find Capital investors who might want to partner with us or lend us the money to get the project off the ground please let you know. Thank you for reading.
