I stumbled on this site yesterday and I just LOVE IT!!! I’ve been investing in real estate since 2002 as a profession (I bought my first primary in 1999).
It’s nice to find a place to talk with other investors and help those just getting started.

Chris W, FdJake, Me, FurnishedOwner, Rookie, PostiveOutlook (got banned), sellnmama,Tatertot and John, Bluemoon and PropertyManager (Mike) have alot of good talk… All of our conversations NEVER get personal either, so if thats what your looking for, then this isnt ur place! Hope im not missing anybody…(heavy sarcasm, things do get personal sometimes, and its funny IMO)
Although ive started to turn on a new leaf (as many have probably noticed) and I try to stay out of politics, Ive been listening to FdJake on some things.
Anyways, welcome Naqueen, feel free to post on Random Ramblings, its pretty fun. My favorite message board by far.
