Does anyone know where I can get Short Sales/FSBO’s/Pre-Foreclosure deals, that are already negotiated, from wholesalers?? I am in Michigan
I dont know what part of michingan you are in but in my area Grand Rapids there are foreclosures, shortsales, and preforeclosures listed by realtors all over the place, I have been buying them up like crazy, I cannot think of a better time to buy then now. Its the perfect storm rates are still fairly low (though they are rising quickly), and prices have plummeted.
