I have a place in Phoenix, need a place to Advertise

I have a place to rent starting Oct 1 in Phoenix, so I placed an ad in CraigsList. I am barely getting responses and most of the people are problematic, like has to have to house today, has pit bulls, wants to split up the security deposit, filed bankruptcy, etc. So since the market is soft there, I thought I’d try a “Rent To Own” Ad. No response.

Does anyone know of a place where I can place an ad in Phoenix. I tried the Republic AZ - they are expensive for one shot $53 for online and paper ad. ::slight_smile:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Try American Classifieds (used to be the “Thrifty Nickel”)…those little weekly “freebie” classifieds that you can get at 7-11, etc. I know some folks that have had moderate success with them…
