I found a builder who was willing to let me get an option on a home built in 2005 that he is trying to sell before winter (MN). the property was appraised at $945k in april and i am going to sell it for $850k. where would be the easiest, most effective, cost efficient place that someone has found to advertise a luxury home like this?
