i got a hud home which i may get 40% below market...need help

I have a property - a 3 family hud bldg which will make for a great RR.

My only problem is finding an investor/hardmoneylender to cough up the dough to get the property. i figure once i’m in, i can refinance and pay off my debt to the private lender.

Is this doable? How?
