I know of a property in my area that was residential and is now zoned prime commercial. Seller already has it listed for 80k less than what it is worth (and for good reason). Does have potential but, needs much rehab. Owner is original and grandson has it listed. Wondering how to get it moved as birdog? Been pondering this one for days (because of the re-hab). Could be used as affordable housing or office suites. Who would be the target investor for this one? It is 5 bed and 5 full bath with 2 kit.
